St. John’s Gospel, apparently reprinted from this edition, is included in ‘Five Centuries of the English Language and Literature’, B. Tauchnitz: Leipzig, 1860, vol. ccccc in the Tauchnitz ‘Collection of British Authors.’ It forms the first part of the volume and has no pagination.
